Commission - Favela is made of epoxy and pigment/mica powders. Computer parts were added to mimic buildings. It took 4 weeks to make, including the floating poplar frame which I made, painted, and coated with a scratch resistant water based polyurethane. The client wanted the overall feeling to be cartoonish.
